THE BEST DRINKS 

Berlin Aged Gin

Philipp Danz– Gin Chilla Bar, Berlin

INGREDIENTS 

4 cl Berlin Aged Gin

2 cl grapefruit liqueur

2 cl lemon juice

1 bar spoon sugar syrup

A splash of rosewater

DIRECTIONS 

Shake all the ingredients except the rosewater together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle with a dash of rose water as a final touch.

INGREDIENTS 

3.5 cl Berlin Aged Gin
 

2.5 chamomile cordial


2 dashes of grapefruit bitters

Champagne

DIRECTIONS 

Stir all ingredients except the champagne together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with champagne. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS 

5 cl Berlin Aged Gin
1 cl Lustau Blanco White Vermouth
1 cl Noilly Prat
3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
1 dash of absinthe
Grapefruit zest

DIRECTIONS 

Shake all the ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit zest.

6 cl Berlin Aged Gin
3 cl Macieira Royal Spirit
1.5 cl Quinta do Crasto Finest Reserve Porto
3 dashes of grapeseed oil

DIRECTIONS 

Shake all the ingredients and strain into glass.

2 cl Antica Formula

1 bar spoon Maraska Maraschino
1 dash of orange bitters
Orange zest

DIRECTIONS 

Shake all the ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange zest.
