Berlin Dark Dry Gin

INGREDIENTS
5cl Berlin Dark Dry Gin
3cl Companion Amalfi
2,5cl Verjus
1,5cl Karamel
Garnish: lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
Stir all the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS
4cl Berlin Dark Dry Gin
4 cl rhubarb juice
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl vanilla syrup
Egg white
Soda
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass. Top up with sparkling water.

INGREDIENTS
5 cl Berlin Dark Dry Gin
2,5 cl Blueberry-lavender syrup
2 cl lime juice
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl Aquafaba
Garnish: Blossoms
DIRECTIONS
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with edible blossoms.

INGREDIENTS
3 cl Berlin Night Dry Gin
2 cl Vanilla vodka
2 cl lemongrass sirup
3 cl Supasawa
Ginger beer
Anise perfume
Garnish: Lime
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients except the ginger beer in a tumbler filled with ice cubes and stir well. Top up with ginger beer, spray with anise perfume and garnish with lime.

4 cl Berlin Dark Dry Gin
1 cl Pineapple Liquor
3 cl Belsazar Riesling
Garnish: orange zest
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with orange zest.

3 cl Creme de Cassis
2 cl lemon juice
Soda
Egg white
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients (except the soda) first with, then without ice. Strain into a highball glass and top up with soda.

Garnish: lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in Berlin Dark Dry Gin and top up with tonic water. Garnish with lemon zest.
