Aged Kornbrand

INGREDIENTS
4 cl 16-Year Aged Kornbrand
2 cl Freimeister Uhudler
2 cl spring water
Lemon zest
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes, “wash” it with spring water and pour out the water. Then add all the ingredients and stir slowly. Strain over ice. Garnish with lemon zest.
The name refers to water’s natural cycle, which plays a leading role in the cultivation of natural resources, including the production of Korn. It returns in this drink and presents itself as the key ingredient that ties all the ingredients together.

5 cl Aged Kornbrand
1.5 cl açaí syrup
1 dash cassis bitters
Cognac perfume
Grapefruit juice
Activated charcoal
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Stir all ingredients together with ice cubes and strain into a tumbler. Garnish with grapefruit zest. Et voilà, the drink is ready to be served. Cheers!

2 cl verjus
Rosemary sprig
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Stir all ingredients together with ice cubes and strain into a pre-chilled coupette. Serve with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy.

0.5 cl vanilla syrup
3 dashes grapefruit bitters
A slice of dried lime
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Stir all the ingredients together with ice cubes and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the dried slice of lime. Cheers!
